Every ingredient is chosen for quality and traceability. Real hibiscus, real acerola cherry, real green coffee, sourced from suppliers who can prove exactly where it came from.
HIBO is canned at our facility in Watkinsville, GA. From first batch to finished can everything is locally produced and quality checked at each stage.
The same standard Clayton set in his kitchen. Every batch is held to the original criteria: if he wouldn't feel good about drinking it, it doesn't leave the facility.

Virtually every energy drink is made in the same way that RedBull was made in 1980. Preservatives, artificial sweeteners, synthetic stimulants, and chemicals. HIBO is incredible taste and superfood benefits, but from a formulation rebuilt from the ground up. Simply put, we give you the flavor you love and the energy you need from whole superfoods and prebiotics!
To us, superfood means whole food ingredients that provide real benefits without needing to be propped up or preserved artificially.
HIBO is brewed with real hibiscus, green coffee, acerola cherries, acacia hydrolysate and cassava. Together they help us replace all the typical artificial ingredients you're trying to avoid everyday.
Hibiscus is our biggest breakthrough innovation! Virtually every other energy drink is made with preservatives like citric acid (black mold excriment) or sorbic acid (toxic byproduct). HIBO is preserved naturally using hibiscus, which has superfood antioxidant benefits, and is grown locally in South Georgia!
Also known as Epsom Salt, Magnesium Chloride is a natural magnesium source extracted from the ocean.
We have been sourcing hibiscus from Nigeria, but starting Fall 2026 our hibiscus will be sourced locally from South Georgia.
HIBO has about 3 grams or 10% of your daily value of fiber from cassava.
Fermented Reb M is a prebiotic glycoside that is made by fermenting cane sugar in a similar way to how alcohol is made.

We have never worked with anyone else to create our superfood & prebiotic blend. Our founder, Clayton went directly from the food science program at the University of Georgia to developing HIBO. For 6 years, every HIBO ever made has passed through Clayton's hands.
HIBO was founded in Athens, GA and HQ is in Watkinsville, GA!
